Well they all complain and they say that indian call centre people cat talk, long, etc etc etc... anyways guess what my internet was very slow and i was told that my exchange was down... which meant that i will be getting very slow speeds... as you know internet is shared in the area... this guy told me yday hes not sure when it will be fixed.

This morning i got a bit peeded off then rang my isp again.., indian guy picked up from india.. i i explained to him that i got important work to do and its a bad time.. i spoke to him nicely and he gave me a time and said it will be fixed by tommorow morning... so i was happy he gave me a date and time.

Next thing i know after the call my internet speed has gone up!! i can now finally browse!! But i chekced its not full speed, its half a meg because there are people trying to use the internet also on the same line as me in my area. But the work at the exchange is on going!

What im trying to say is i think the guy did me a favour.. i think he gave me more share of the internet than anybody else on the line... thats why ive been boosted up whereas the other people i think their going to find it very sloow! Hahaha im quite pleased! Just thought id share my lil bit of happiness and excitement about support call centres in india!

LoL Dell have their call centres in India now don’t they? I remember I phoned them once because there was something wrong with my computer and the guy from India was telling to me to find this button that I don’t think even existed on my computer… I thought motherf*cker do they even have the same type of PCs in India.

Man I remember when I phoned Dell too and the guy on the other line was reading off a manual.

He told me what to do and I followed his instructions than he said to me wait wait so I waited for about 2 minutes then he said these instructions are wrong, I said how, he said because I cant see the "any" key on the keyboard!

Listen them call centre's in India are full of intelligent graduates, because working in a call centre is a good job over there. Here anyone can work in a call centre so mostly ya get dumb mofo's who cant wait to piss their minimum wage down the pub...literally.

i know for real who i'd rather have sort my problems out

Yeah in this case they were. Atleast they knew that the model number I gave to them was a server.

Yeah i have the odd call centre ppl calling me everyday to tell me bout the latest handset and all the good tariffs that are out there! does my head in when they dont understand the term NO.

Loool!! Maybe....I made the mistake of telling them my name once, and now i have the same dude saying "Hi can i speak to jyoti" and now he rinses my name out

"we have this great tariff jyoti"
"u get an extra 500mins jyoti"
"do u like using sms msgs jyoti"

Iv neva heard my name being used so much in 1min!
