What do u mean 'Did India Create...?. Mount Everest was caused by India crashing into The South East Asian Coast line when it was an individual Plate Tectonic. That's how all mountains are formed. When the two land masses collide the energy creates an upsurge of earth creating the mountain. That's why mountains generally tend to be close to coast lines, such as the Alps, cos the plate tectonics were small and crashed into other larger land masses.
