basically wen a young sikh boy gets his 1st turban dun

luv goin 2 these but whoa do they make me laugh

y do they do the turban 2 big 4 the poor boys head
my brothers wen he had his dun made them redo it till it was tite

my cuzins... was slippin off his head

feel a sense of proudness wen i go 2 these


the turban is important in sikhism cos the kesh is 1 of the 5 ks

lucky gits get a hell of a lot of shagun

its meant 4 boys between the ages of 14-16...... but wot bout the gals that choose 2 wear turbans... do they get this ceremony dun 4 them 2????

I got this done when I finished remembering the Holy Quran by heart.. i'll never forget that day!

i don't really know the method.. i mean sikhs have a technique don't they.. where it should be pointed when its finished on the forehead.. well ours not point but round? ...lol i don't know what im on about but we do it on occasions.. not all the time..

I got mine done when I was 16, I still don't tie a pugh often only on special occasions.
